DrawBridge presents, in partnership with BXP, A curated space that supports DrawBridge Youth Art, wrapped in a huge hug by a circle of established and community Bay Area artists.
After nearly 40 years of stewarding the creative expression of the Bay Area's children and communities, DrawBridge Arts — in partnership with BXP — presents The Art of San Francisco: a dynamic activation, exhibition, and immersive experience at 2 Embarcadero Center.
About
The Art of San Francisco brings that community together under one roof. Every artist exhibited here has signed on to support our mission, their work displayed alongside the artwork of the very children they champion — established artists and young creators, side by side.
We are so happy to have you here - our place for civic gathering, community activation, and imagining the future of the Bay Area’s creativity together. Every visit, every artwork collected, every conversation that happens here supports our programs in the field, so we can serve Bay Area children’s creativity and expression

Collect Artwork. Support the Circle.
Every piece in The Art of San Francisco is available to collect. When you do, 50% goes directly to the artist — and 50% funds our DrawBridge programs in the field for children who need them most. This is our way of bringing the circle of creative care into your own home or office.

Testimonials

"The children in the DrawBridge group came to my office and showed off their impressive art projects. They are so proud! They won't let me exhibit them in my office but insist on keeping everything and decorating their own walls. I was genuinely impressed!"

“Katie started coming to our weekly DrawBridge art group at the age of 5. Her gaze was downcast and she never smiled. After just a few art sessions… her mother told me that Katie was waking up excitedly every single morning and asking, ‘Is today art day?’ It’s been 6 years now, and Katie still jumps into my arms every week!”

“I grew up in the Tenderloin and I began participating with DrawBridge… What I enjoyed most about it is that it gave kids the opportunity to experience the happiness of creating and how it can ease daily burdens… It helped me realize that working with kids was what I wanted to do as a career.”
